About Camp

We will see major attractions of Ladakh during the trip..Khardungla , Nubra Valley,  travel directly from Nubra to Pangong, Pangong Lake, Travel along Pangong Lake and reach Hanle (World’s 2nd Highest Optical Observatory) via Chushul, Tsomoriri and various monasteries. The travel route no one will offer you, at cost no one will offer.

June 14: Reach Srinagar by Air. Overnight stay in Srinagar in House-boat in 
 
twin shared rooms. D
 
June 15:  Local sight seeing Srinagar (B, L, D)
 
June 16: Early morning start for Mulbek, on way see Sonmarg, Kargil battle 
 
field and Kargil war memorial, Zoji la 11575 ft. We will be enjoying 
 
the mountains of many colours on the way. (Distance travelled 240 
 
Kms)Stay at Mulbek in fixed Tents camp. Observe the sky from 
 
Mulbek. (B, L, D)
 
June 17: Early morning start for Leh. En route pass through Fotu La pass 
 
13,478 ft Reach and see can see Kun Nun peaks more than 20000 
 
fthigh. On way, see Lamayuru Monastry, moonland, magnetic hill, 
 
Sindhu-Zanskar Confluence), Leh by evening.Stay at Leh (Shared 
 
double-room in guest house) (Distance travelled 175 kms)  (B, L, D)
 
June 18: Local Sight seeing. Shanti stupa, Thiksey Monastry, Shey palace, 
 
Hemis Monastry, Sindhu Ghat. Stay at Leh (Shared double-room in 
 
guest house) (B, L, D)
 
June 19: Visit to Khardung la (Highest motorable road of the world at 18400 
 
ft). Travel to Nubra Valley. Overnight stay in Diskit. (Double sharing 
 
rooms in guest house or in Fixed Tents) (Distance traveled 120 kms)  
 
June 20: Visit to Diskit Monastry, Sand dunes at Hundar. Overnight stay in 
 
Diskit. (B, L, D)
 
June 21: Travel to Pangong lake Reach Pangong lake by afternoon, enjoy 
 
changing colours of Pangong Lake. (Distance Traveled 252 Kms).  
 
Stay in Camping Tents Double sharing (Distance to travel 185 kms) 
 
June 22: Stay at Pangong Lake. Stay in Fixed Tents Double sharing (B, L, D)
 
June 23: Morning move to Hanle, travel along the complete Pangong lake in 
 
Indian side… (Distance to Travel 170 Kms) World’s highest Astronomy 
 
observatory. Home stay (B, L, D) 
 
June 24: Morning move to Tsomoriri… (Distance to Travel 160 Kms). Lake with 
 
good bird life around Enjoy birding around. Stay at Tsomoriri in 
 
double sharing camping tents (B, L, D)
 
June 25: Stay at Tsomoriri in double sharing camping tents (B, L, D)
 
June 26: Morning start for Sarchu/ Reach Sarchu by evening. Overnight stay at 
 
Sarchu in fixed tents (Distance 230 kms) (B, L, D)
 
June 27: Morning start return journey to Manali via Rohtang Pass. Reach 
 
Manali. After some stroll in Manali market and dinner, travel to 
 
Chandigarh. (Distance traveled 220 Kms) Overnight travel to 
 
Chandigarh (Distance traveled 310 Kms) (B, L, D)
 
June 28: Travel to Pune by train or Air as per individual choice
 
Travel to your home to Srinagar and Chandigarh to your home, you have to arrange 
 
at your cost. (We can assist you in booking)
 
Food expenses are covered in the costing, but considering the great energy and 
 
efforts needed to bring the food and other items to Ladakh, you are expected not 
 
to waste food anywhere.
 
Exclusions: Beverages, Bottled water, Travel expenses up to Srinagar and return 
 
expenses from Chandigarh. Any other expeses of personal nature like Laundry, gift 
 
items.
